Josh Fenton, CEO and Co-Founder
Josh Fenton has a track record of success as an entrepreneur and has successfully launched and grown communications and media concerns. In 2010, he co-founded and launched GoLocalProv, the first digital platform of GoLocal24 – a digital media firm. Since then, GoLocal24 has launched two more cities.
He has driven GoLocal’s growth from a one city platform that recorded 100,000 pageviews a month to a profitable multi-city media company recording 12 million pageviews per month.
Previously, Josh founded The Fenton Group, a boutique integrated communication firm with a focus on developing highly integrated communication programs. The firm served a range of national and global brands, including, GE, W.L. Gore (the makers of GORE-TEX®), Harrah’s Entertainment,and Lindt Chocolate.
Josh is recognized in the industry for his special expertise in developing integrated communications. His awards for advertising and marketing excellence include a CLIO award, more than twenty Bell Ringer awards from the New England Publicity Club, and recognition for one of his spots on the ABC television program “America’s Best Commercials.”
Prior to advertising, Josh worked in government and policy at all levels: Minority Leader of the Providence City Council, appointee of three governors, and served on the staffs of United States Senators John Chafee and George Mitchell. Josh is a featured character in The New York Times best seller, The Prince of Providence. He is a graduate of the University of Rhode Island and Brown University.
Paul Krasinski, Co-Founder and Board Member
Paul Krasinski has been an innovator in the digital media space since the beginning of his career. His roles within publishing, broadcasting, and analytics organizations have provided him with a unique perspective on the power of data to generate strategic growth opportunities and value. Today, he serves as Senior Vice President for Business Development and Strategy for SessionM.
Paul joined SessionM as a proven thought leader and operator in digital ad serving and measurement. Prior to SessionM, he served as CMO of Visible Measures, CEO of Umbel, Senior Vice President of Digital Media and Analytics at Arbitron (acquired by Nielsen) and Chief Operating Officer at Ando Media (acquired by Triton Media Group).
Paul holds a AB Honors in Organizational Behavior and Management from Brown University and an MBA from Columbia Business School. Krasinski lives near Boston with his wife, Ashley, and their two sons.
